  • Do not scrape or bulk extract content without permission.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. NeethiSuthra, its founders, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You use the information at your own risk. NeethiSuthra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the platform.

5. Availability

Platform functionality can change during beta and post-beta operations. We may perform maintenance or release changes without prior notice.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeethiSuthra from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms, your queries, or your misuse of the generated legal research.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, India.
