Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and paid features remain active until that cycle ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

• No prorated refunds for partial monthly usage.
• Refund requests are eligible within 7 days of payment only for proven technical failures that prevented access to subscribed features.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. The amount typically reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; network-level delays are outside our control.

4. Credits & Trial Usage

Any promotional credits, trial credits, or complimentary quota granted to your account are non-refundable and do not have a cash value. Cancellation does not reverse usage already consumed during the billing period.
